All decorated vehicles should be in place by 5:30pm.
**Due to the unknown of how many people will be in attendance, there will be NO MEAL served this year.
We will have Tutti Frutti's BBQ, Billie's Burgers, The Sassy Sip, and Chloe's Coffee on site for you to purchase food and drinks.
