Before you get started...

Whether you’re brand new or already have the app — this part’s important. To ensure everything works properly (especially notifications and group access), please delete the current version of the app and download the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. This quick reset makes sure all your settings are up-to-date and ready to go.

1. Create your App Profile

Open the app and tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap Login, then “Create Account” and use your email address to register.
A profile is required to join group chats and receive updates.

2. Enable Push Notifications

After logging in, go back to the profile icon and scroll down to find the Notifications tab.
Turn ON Push Notifications.
Ensure that General Notifications are toggled ON.
This ensures you never miss a message or update from your groups.

3. Request To Join A Chat

Navigate back to the Home Screen.
Tap the chat icon in the top right-hand corner of the app’s home screen.
Press the "Discover" tab and browse available groups or ministries that apply to you.
Tap to request to join, and once approved, jump into the conversation!
